Duygu Halifeoğlu, a graduate of Yeditepe University’s Bachelor’s Program in Information Systems and Technologies, continued her academic journey at an international level through the Yeditepe University Integrated Marketing Communication (MBA – Thesis) program and the University of North Carolina Wilmington – International Marketing (MBA) program, both of which she was admitted to with a 100% scholarship. Throughout her education, she built a strong theoretical foundation in marketing, management, communication, and business development.

She began her career by taking an active role in the establishment of Yeditepe University’s Career and Personal Development Office, where she assumed responsibilities in university–industry collaborations, career development projects, planning personal development training programs, and budget management processes. She later served at the same institution as Career Development and Alumni Manager, 4×4 Lifelong Learning Coordinator and Founder, and Member of the Entrepreneurship Commission. During this period, she organized over 140 soft skills trainings, events, and development programs, and established sustainable institution-wide systems in the areas of education, alumni relations, lifelong learning, and leadership development.

Supporting her professional experience within the corporate world, Duygu worked as a Marketing Intern at Shell, gaining experience in pre-sales strategies, brand management, logistics processes, and corporate partnerships. She also served as an MS Project Consultant at Koç Holding – TURMEPA, where she developed process and project management infrastructures for non-governmental organization initiatives.

Specializing in coaching and leadership development, Duygu Halifeoğlu holds the title of ICF & EMCC Certified Professional Coach. Through certifications obtained from institutions such as Eternal Coaching & Mentoring Academy, Sürmeli & Partners, and Taurus Group Consulting, she has gained professional expertise in competency-based interview techniques, leadership development, and talent management. With an approach that integrates academia, the corporate world, and individual development, she continues to create value in the fields of education, coaching, and career development.

Beyzanur Çalık Özgüzen

Dentist

Beyzanur Çalık Özgüzen, who graduated from Bursa Tofaş Science High School in 2017, earned admission to the Faculty of Dentistry (English Program) at Istanbul University (Çapa). During her years at the faculty, driven by her strong interest in aesthetic dentistry, she completed various voluntary internships, gaining the opportunity to observe leading professionals in smile design and porcelain laminate cases. In 2024, she graduated from dental school with an honor certificate and continued to enhance her professional expertise by attending various symposiums and courses after graduation.

Specializing in aesthetic restorations, root canal treatments, and composite laminates, she closely follows advancements in digital dentistry and is highly attentive to providing her patients with the most accurate and up-to-date information.

In her free time, Beyzanur Çalık Özgüzen attends pilates and rowing courses. Beyond sports, she enjoys developing personal hobbies, creating travel and tasting routes, and compiling a memory journal from the places she visits whenever she finds the time.

Dr. Bora Hakan Özülkü

Dentist

Bora Hakan Özülkü, who graduated from Adana Erkek High School in 1981, completed his education at Dicle University Faculty of Dentistry, which he entered in 1982, and graduated in 1987. After graduation, he worked for one year as a research assistant in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry.

In 2000, Özülkü began an administrative role within the Ministry of Health. In 2012, he resigned from this position and went on to become the founder and chief medical director of several leading dental polyclinics in the sector.

Currently serving as the Chief Medical Director at Senkron Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, Özülkü closely follows national and international publications and technologies with his advanced proficiency in English, and actively applies the latest treatment approaches for patients.

He is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB) and the Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association (EDAD).

Erdal Efe Okan, a graduate of Notre Dame de Sion French High School, successfully completed his dental education at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Dentistry (English Program). From his student years, he has focused on prosthetic dentistry and restorative dentistry, closely following modern treatment approaches in these fields.

After graduation, he has continued to prioritize professional development by participating in various symposiums and training programs to keep his theoretical and practical knowledge up to date. Adopting a treatment philosophy based on the balance between gum health (periodontology) and aesthetic restorations, Okan meticulously utilizes the possibilities of digital dentistry to provide his patients with optimal results both functionally and aesthetically.

Outside of his busy professional schedule, Erdal Efe Okan maintains an active lifestyle. He regularly engages in running and reflects the dynamism gained from sports into his professional life.

Esra, who graduated from Sakarya University, Department of Public Relations in 2012, began her career at a consulting firm, where she gained professional experience in corporate communication, customer relationship management, and problem-solving processes. During this period, she developed strong competencies in stakeholder management, satisfaction-oriented communication, and effective solution generation in crisis situations.

She later worked in café management, where she oversaw all customer relations processes of the business and played an active role in team coordination, service quality, operational organization, and crisis management. This hands-on experience significantly strengthened her interpersonal and leadership skills.

Currently serving as a Patient Relations Manager, Esra successfully applies the strong communication, empathy, and solution-oriented approach she gained from her consulting and management background to the healthcare sector. She plays an active role in patient satisfaction, complaint and feedback management, internal coordination, and the sustainable improvement of service quality.

AYŞEGÜL KIZILDERE

Planning for our Physician Assistant

Ayşegül Kızıldere, a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration, has many years of experience in the dental healthcare sector. She began her career as a Clinical Assistant, actively taking part in various stages of clinical operations, including patient reception, appointment and registration processes, chairside assistance, sterilization, and medical supply tracking.

Since May 2023, Kızıldere has been working as a Clinical Coordinator at Istanbul Dental Academy, where she oversees patient appointment management, coordination of treatment processes, patient satisfaction and feedback tracking, internal workflow and shift scheduling, as well as clinical materials and inventory management. Holding certifications in Insurance and Consultancy, Computer Skills, and Assistant Technician Training, she contributes to the delivery of patient-focused and efficient clinical services through her strong communication and organizational skills.
